Course Description
Offering an overview of customer service for the hospitality and tourism business, this course introduces the students to various concepts and principles addressing the ?whys? and ?hows? of customer service. With a focus on the hospitality tourism business, students will appreciate the financial and behavioral consequences of customer service and consumer trends influencing service while developing and maintaining a service culture via customer relationships.
